Bailey avatar, burned captions, one bold stat card at the open. No stock-office cliché — plain, direct, screenshot-friendly.
Last week was an up week. Saves and shares doubled, the engagement rate climbed back over 1%, and we recorded the first share in the account's history. Small numbers still — but every one moved the right way, and it happened on the manager-cracking / recognition / delegation themes we keep betting on.
The theme this week: the exact sentence a manager is missing in a hard moment — recognition, the friend-to-boss reset, feedback, and the "not yet" raise talk. The one change under the hood: both lead-asks ("Comment WORK") move onto reels. Last week our only lead-ask sat on a carousel that reached about 12 people — you can't get a comment from a post nobody sees.
What we're testing: one autonomous Trial Reel ships every weekday to non-followers (separate from these 7), testing whether a stat-first opener beats a loss-first opener on the same recognition pain. What's graduating to paid: our paid "Stay positive" ad just got its first 2 sales — that's the account's first clean creative winner, and it clears the runway for the "lose a great hire" reel to move into paid next. One small time-saver for you: Instagram no longer rewards trending audio, so the Tuesday post that used to need you to tap a sound in the app now publishes on its own. That manual step is gone.

Bailey avatar, burned captions, one bold stat card at the open. No stock-office cliché — plain, direct, screenshot-friendly.
6s b-roll open (two coworkers → one steps into a manager role), captions burned, owned audio bed. Auto-publishes — no in-app trending-sound step needed anymore.
Clean number cards, one line per slide, high contrast for the save. No faces.
Single validation card, warm palette, no stat clutter on the image (stat lives in the caption). Built to be sent, not studied.
Remake the week's best performer. Two candidates, confirmed against the Jul 20–26 data at build time (no autopilot): the manager-cracking validation reel, or the Dave Kline borrow — "the skills that made you a great doer are the ones that cap you as a leader" (same belief-flip engine as our delegation winner). If it's an authority-stat hook, it carries the second Comment WORK lead-ask.
Bailey avatar reel, burned captions, first 3 seconds name the dreaded moment or the stat. 7–30s, one idea, holds to the end.
Bailey avatar, first-person been-there tone, burned captions. Quiet, reflective open — earns the watch-through.
Number cards, one idea per slide, the "no + a map" phrase repeated as the spine. No faces.
One decision: approve these 7 posts for July 27 – August 2 — plus the one structural change: dropping the Tuesday trending-audio phone step so Tuesday auto-publishes (Instagram no longer rewards trending audio, so there's nothing to lose and one manual step to save).
Reply "approve" and the wave generates. Or name any edits and I'll rework before anything ships. Nothing generates until you say go. The autonomous Trial Reels keep running to non-followers in the meantime — those don't need your sign-off.
